New work laptop

Some things move about as fast in every university and I guess buying new equipment is one of those things. Today I finally got hold of my work laptop. I had to swear to bring it in to be asset tagged by the computer people. Previous experience has taught me that these are a group that you want on your side so I will do as commanded (even though Steve Jobs hates it when people stick ugly things to his laptops).

My Sony had served me well but it was time to rsync everything onto the new hotness.
