Tycho HTTP bootstrapper editor

One way that Tycho can be bootstrapped is to use a PHP script hosted on a web server somewhere. A frequently requested feature is someway to manually edit the list of Tycho mediators in stored by the bootstrapper script. I have finally added the functionality.

Enter the MD5 string that your project is using (hint - the mediator prints this to stdout when it starts).

Tick the URLs you want to remove.

The URLs are removed from the bootstrapper.

The anti-bot field is to stop automated bots from talking to the bootstrapper. The bootstrapper we host at Reading can be found at http://acet.rdg.ac.uk/projects/tycho/data/registry.php.
