Condor gids gotcha

etc/examples/condor.boot  start
Starting up Condor
ERROR: badly formed value in CONDOR_IDS environment variable (root.root).
Please set CONDOR_IDS to the '.' separated uid, gid pair that
should be used by condor.

Don't use labels for the gids, ie use 0.0 instead of root.root
